Brenda Decker, Nursing Home Administrator
As Nursing Home Administrator of Germantown Home, Brenda Decker is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations; administering, directing, and coordinating all activities to ensure the highest degree of services provided to residents; overall facility management; and planning and implementing programs.
Brenda has over 30 years of experience in the long-term care industry as an Administrator, Director of Social Services, Director of Admissions, Assistant Administrator, and social worker.
Brenda earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University in Scranton, PA.

Ludmila Kovatcheva, Assistant Nursing Home Administrator
Ludmila Kovatcheva first joined the staff of Germantown Home in 2007 as the Resident Services Director. Since 2011, she has filled the role of Assistant Nursing Home Administrator where she is responsible for overseeing the Social Services and Therapeutic Recreation Departments, along with the Pastoral Care program, psych services, and concierges. She has expertise in handling resident and family concerns, and she assists the administrator with the overall operations of the facility.
Ludmila received a Master's degree in Gerontological Services from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Sofia University in Bulgaria.
