NewCourtland Artist Fellowship
Date Created - 2012
This quilt was created by Germantown Home residents, along with students from the University of the Arts and Moore College of Art under the tutelige of artist Talia Greene as part of the 2012 NewCourtland Artist Fellowship, a premier program of NewCourtland's Comfort & Joy initiative.

The Nursing Home

Germantown Home provides high quality nursing care by blending the best technology with the best and brightest staff.

Our amenities include large, private and semi-private rooms; comfortable dining facilities; on-site therapies; central bathing rooms with whirlpools; spacious lounges; exterior door security systems as well as a wander alarm system; climate control; and strategically placed nurses' stations on each floor.

In addition to meeting the round-the-clock medical and safety needs of residents, Germantown Home strives to meet their cultural and spiritual needs as well.  Programs such as Comfort & Joy, Seniors Empowered for Lifelong Fitness (SELF), and Pastoral Care provide the unique opportunity for residents to remain physically, mentally, and spiritually active, while remaining engaged with the community at-large.
