Our Memory Support Program

Our memory support program combines state-of-the-art design with a compassionate highly trained staff, and innovative programming to care for the unique needs of residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia.

Design with Details in Mind
With soothing paint colors and the addition of a new fireplace and resident friendly-kitchen, every detail on the floor has been carefully selected to ensure a warm, comforting, homelike environment.

Comprehensive Training and Education
Alzheimer ’s disease and dementia can touch all aspects of a resident’s life. That’s why we require each employee, no matter the discipline, to complete specialized dementia training courses taught by representatives the Alzheimer’s Resource Center in Connecticut.

Cutting-Edge Programming
Our Memory Support Coordinator and Memory Support Aides develop individualized programming to support the wellness of each resident.
